To provide our customers better trading experience with automating traditional transactions, the telephone dealing service is now fully upgraded to online service trading platform. The branch services will not be affected.

 

We are launching exclusive offers for transferring your current funds from phone dealing accounts to the online one.

 

EIEHK’s phone dealing platform upgrade’s timetable:

Last trading date for EIEHK phone dealing system, and hereby it fully upgrades to the EIEHK online trading platform.

Fund Handling

Funds under the existing EIEHK phone dealing will be transferred to the online one if both the account holder names aligns. EFSG applies strict segregation system for clients’ fund at top commercial banks to ensure your fund safety, and therefore, clients have the full right to submit the fund transfer request at their availability during the above period of time

l  From 1 September to 31 October 2021, selected clients are entitled to have cash vouchers valued at maximum value of HKD1,200. Details here.

l  From 1 September to 31 December 2021, the handling fee for any trading of online trading platform via our trading hotline 81001839 will be waived (Be noted that the price you place order at the online trading platform is according to the market price.)
